Julie Wimmer-Riley Managing Director Julie Wimmer-Riley has over 15 years’ experience in Office and Project Management. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has extensive training working for high level executives and senior management. Julie spent 13 years working for Savers, Inc. where she honed her skill set while working at the corporate office in Bellevue, WA. In 2009, Julie was offered the opportunity to work with Safe Call Now as their Administrative Manager. Her significant contribution to this organization includes the design of Safe Call Now’s infrastructure, providing critical support to the Director, high profile Board, vendors and all emergency services personnel. Julie resides in Kirkland, WA, with her husband Sean Riley and their chocolate lab, Lilly. Julie recently obtained certification as a Business Software Specialist from Bellevue College and enjoys softball, biking and weight training.

Danielle CuevasCall Taker Coordinator Danielle Cuevas has worked in public safety as a Firefighter/EMT-Basic and Paramedic for the past 12 years in Snohomish and Pierce County Fire Districts. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Paramedicine from Central Washington University in 2006. Danielle is also a graduate of the Washington State Patrol Fire Academy. Currently, Danielle is attending classes to get into graduate programs.

Captain Mike NolanCall Taker Captain Mike Nolan began his career with the Seattle Police Department in 1985. He worked as a patrol officer in the South Precinct and as a detective in the Vice Unit. Following his promotion to Sergeant in 1996 he was assigned as a Patrol Sergeant at the East Precinct and later to Internal Investigations. As a Lieutenant he returned to the South Precinct where he was a Watch Commander and the Operations Lieutenant. In 2003 he was transferred to the Traffic Section where he commanded the Traffic Enforcement Unit, DUI Squad as well as the Traffic Collision Investigations Squad. In 2007 he was transferred to the Vice Section/Organized Crime Unit where he supervised the Colacurcio organized crime investigation Captain Nolan was promoted to Captain in July of 2010 and was assigned as the city-wide Night Duty Commander. He began his assignment as the Commander of the South Precinct in December of 2010. He was born and raised in the Seattle area and graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a graduate of the West Point Leadership Training Program.
